impossible to set up

Took me hours to set up, then it did work fine. I moved, got a new router, cannot get it set up. So so frustrating! The website and setup manuals are no help at all.

Just Bad

This printer is the moodiest piece of equipment. Some days it works fine, but most days it: jams, blinks, streaks, stalls, etc. I've had Canon in the past with great success. This one is junk. Don't bother buying this.

i bought this printer which worked for a few months. now this thing is a pile of garbage and best used as a peper weight or door stopper. i rather take this out to a gun range and let them use it for target practice.

Second Mistake

This is my second printer from Canon. I scrapped the first basic one thinking that I had such a hard time because the tools were screwy from it being so basic. I was wrong. The tools got screwier with this “upgrade”. I just wanted to print some pictures. Each “project” takes *no exaggeration* 10 times longer to do, that’s if I even get it to print. The apps and tools defy logic. I just spent an hour going in circles trying to register this. The ink prices are so low just to trick you into buying a useless printer.

Bought 10-4-17. Not bad until January 2019. Said paper jam! None to be found. Tried all the tips and resets. Now it is toast. Burnt toast at that.
