Just Horrible

I had this printer for 3 years and not even once did it ever connect. I've tried everything in connecting it to the wifi. It didnt even once show up as an option when I was looking through it in the wifi setting on my phone. Doesnt even scan for papers thats how sad this product is. The only time it only worked for me was when I connected it through my computer via cable (which comes with the printer). I highly do not recommend this product. You might as well be throwing away money.

Will not print wireless even with the app. Paper jams and the print half connects to print at all

Wifi set up instructions are terrible. Link and QR code don't work and any other instructions are unclear. Once I was finally installing the right software it failed. It prints using a USB but I will never get back the 2 infuriating hours I spent trying to set this piece of crap up. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Imagine, being able to print a multi page document without stopping half way through. You won’t get that with this printer. Worst. Printer. Ever.

It's a simple printer that eats ink. Doesn't play well with iOS. It's predecessor was better in this regard. Works well with Canon's software but that's not my preference

I have been trying to connect this printer to my wifi for over 4 hours and it won't connect. It's going back for a refund. This printer deserves -5 stars!!! Total piece of junk!!! I will never buy another Canon product as long as I live. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!

The One year wonder

For a printer used occasionally, (I'm retired), it lasted a little over a year, then it started eating paper, would not print clearly, and would not align correctly.
