This machine is so aggravating. First it says paper jam over and over though I saw nothing then it kept saying there was no paper even though there was. I threw it in the garbage because I hate it.

Totally Useless For My Purposes

I have no one to blame but myself. I "assumed" this printer had a "Multiple Page Feeder". It does NOT! ... You are up the creek if you need to scan or copy multiple pages. You MUST feed each page ONE AT A TIME! ... I needed a technology current printer/scanner to copy and or scan multiple paged CONTRACTS. Please be aware that Canon hypes you with the features without a single mention that it only does ONE PAGE AT A TIME for copying and or scanning.

Like having a problem child in your office

When I purchased this printer, I had expected it to be adequate at its job: that is to PRINT without problems. Instead, what I got was a printer akin to a spoiled bratty child; it takes forever to warm up, wastes way too much ink, has zero intuitive features such as automatic open of printing tray and is always in need of the latest firmware despite constantly updating the firmware. I actually threw this printer out the window and watched it crash. I do not like landfills but I bet a percentage of landfills are filled up by junky printers like this one. Avoid this problem child of a printer!

Worst printer I have ever used

I've had this mg6821 for over a year now. It is junk. Photo quality is horrible. The photos are all splotchy and edges are dull not sharp like a real photo. The amount of downloading for the driver is unreasonable. I just want to hit print and get a photo. Trying to figure out the software is miserable. It is extremely clunky and cumbersome. Ink runs out very quickly and is very expensive. Cartriges are small. Horrible printer. I'm about to take it to the driveway and hit it with a big sledge hammer. This is the last Cannon printer I will ever own. My 10 year old Epson was 100 times better. 1 star is too generous.

Set up instructions are at best unclear. I used the computer instructions to capture wifi devices. more powerful than i thought. it has a large foot print. it has a great visual appeal. the touch screen is a particular feature I enjoy.

I have had this printer for three months and I regret every second of owning it. I have had bad printers in the past, but this makes the others look like the greatest printers money could buy. I have in the past been very happy with canon products. This printer has made me question ever buying a canon product again.

I bought this for a home business. Not a good idea! I have always had great experiences with Canon products, but not this one. This printer might do the trick for a college student, but not a business. Scanning one page at a time is so archaic! I went to buy replacement ink, and the cost was ridiculous! Ended up buying a whole new printer for about $30 dollars less then the ink replacement cost!!!
