Small speaker in a box that’s what it sounds like

Quality Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the SoundTouch 20 and 30. Very happy with the quality sound. I have several throughout the house and by the pool which provides excellent sound. Very easy to set up as well!

Fantastic Speaker

Enough has been said about the great Bose sound quality, and my experience is no different. I have placed the speaker on the fireplace mantle in main living area, which is about 40 ft long. I never had to raise the volume above 60%, even when I was in the farthest end of the room. And the remote works fine from such a distance.
Connecting to the itunes library in my computer, Amazon Prime music, and Echo Dot were very easy and quick. In fact, after unpacking, connecting with power, and downloading the app, the longest time was spent in updating drivers (about 5 minutes). The rest took about 1 minute each. In about 10 minutes, everything was hooked up and running.
Great experience.

SoundTouch 20 is superb!

I've had the ST20 for about a week now. The setup was very easy. I used Ethernet to update the firmware and it was flawless. I also use Ethernet to play Internet radio, Amazon Prime music, and iHeart radio. I highly recommend Ethernet because it has none of the oddities typically associated with WiFi.
The sound is incredible. In the beginning, it had a little too much bass for me. So I changed the bass setting downward one click and it is perfect.
I like the Preset buttons. I have chosen my six favorite music sources and I just press a button on the remote (or on the ST20). No app is required. It doesn't get any easier than that.

Just what I was looking for.

I had been wishing that I had another internet radio to play downstairs on the main level of our house, as my Wave Soundtouch is upstairs in my office. When I saw this new product, I knew immediately it was just what I had in mind. And it is, exactly, perfect for what I had in mind. I can play both systems at the same time on the same station and have continuous music as I go up and downstairs, doing things. It is terrific! And the sound quality is wonderful.

I recently purchased the soundtouch 10 for my office and decided to buy myself the soundtouch 20. Sound is incredible! Set up is super super easy. Speakers look nice and the sound is total ear candy. Please don't listen to these people that can't seem to figure out how to connect these speakers to wifi. Honest to God, just download the bose app and the rest is cake!
