I've been using an old gas range of a different brand and knew I needed something better so I purchased this new GE. I instantly knew I'd made the right decision. The burners are quick response and placed well. I'm so impressed with how quickly the oven pre-heats and am pleased to have the steam clean option. I love to bake pies and cookies and I quickly put my new GE oven to the test with perfect results!

We love our new GE

We love the new oven/stove. The convection oven great. We replaced a very "old school" appliance. Cooking times are different but we are adjusting well and enjoying the outcome of everything we've made. We our breakfast lovers so the griddle is great. The only draw back to the entire setup from our perspective is ours came with only the griddle and we were told others came with both the griddle and the grate for the center of the stove top.

I would like it if the top was gray. It would make cleaning easier. The black is very hard to keep clean it shows everything

Heat is difficult to control. There are "hot spots" in cookware, no matter the type and the center oval burner does NOT distribute its heat well at all--it burns in the middle and does nothing at the ends!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
