Like the perfomance!

My wife loves the griddle! Easy to clean, and still looks new. Have a minor problem with digital programming tools, but not affecting quality of performance. Light goes on when you open the door, but I can't see the food without opening the door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice large griddle

This model has a very nice large griddle in the middle that is recessed so that you can still use the side burners while using the griddle.

GREAT CHOICE!

It is very hard these days to find a black appliance! Though my choices were limited, I decided to go with this GE Gas stove as it had the griddle which I was really wanting. I have had this stove for about a month and I love it! The oven bakes evenly and I love the griddle feature. The control panel is easy to navigate through as well. I have not tried the oven steam cleaning option yet so I cannot comment on that but I was pleasantly surprised by this feature! My only issue (which is a personal one for me) is that it does not have a warming option for the oven. I wish that was added to the control panel as I have a large family and when I am cooking on top of the stove, I like to keep the food I have already cooked warm for the family. You have to turn the oven on to bake and lower it to 170 (the lowest it will go). Other than that I am super happy with my choice!

When it became time to replace the old gas range, I decided I wanted a convection oven. I live at 9000' and don't do well at baking. I baked pumpkin bread the first day I received the oven, and it was perfect! It is easy to clean, very modern looking, efficient, and bakes at my high altitude!

Love it and It does have an oven light!

I bought this a month ago. It has the steam clean option so I can pour water on the bottom and quickly wipe up spills.
And mine does a have a light in the oven that does go on when the door is closed.

Best home purchase yet!

We moved into our older home (built in 1840) at the end of December and in the kitchen was an electric stove. Having spent my entire life using a gas stove, I was not a fan of the electric and all of its "quirks". We finally had the chance to update our appliances and with a call to our local power, we realized we had the ability for gas hook-up (!!!!). We made the change to gas and it makes me so happy! This oven is my favorite addition to our new home! We use the griddle for pancakes and I can preserve and can like a pro now!
