After having it only a week, knobs just started falling off left and right for no reason and had to be replaced; also, the oven door doesn't close properly ... very disappointed with this product and may be returning it soon.

Convection doesn't work

Paid extra for the convection feature and it is very poorly engineered. Fan barely runs and food on top and bottom cooks unevenly. Service claims that is how it is designed and has had other complaints.

Bought this two weeks ago . Delivered Tuesday a week ago. The right burner grill wobbly, they tried to hide wobble by pulling rubber grommet out of socket to eliminate wobble. Bottom drawer not level. We are waiting for satisfactory service.

Ok, first, it DOES have a light for the oven. Others have mentioned the light only works when opening the oven. Love the convection and burner setup. NOW I can boil noodles and not have the water stop boiling. That is nice.

Perfection!

My husband bought this for me several months ago, and I love this range. The griddle is so nice to have as well as burners that heat at different strengths. I rarely use the oven light, but when I do, it is all that I need. The controls are simple enough for me, and I just wouldn't part with this appliance.

1.The bottom drawer is poorly built and uneven and could not be adjusted. The company we purchased the raange from brought out an exchange. Before installation, it was identified as having the same problem. The installers admitted it is characteristic of this model. With tools they modified it and got the already installed range's drawer to set evenly and work properly.
2. The control panel. VERY FRUSTRATING! Why do we have to use a manual just to set the oven temperature and the clock? It is not a "Special Feature" to have to take special steps to increase or decrease the oven tempeture.
3. Website to register is somewhat confusing. I wanted to change an error I made in the model number and gave up. Finally, 3 pages later it gives the option to edit.
4. Owner's Manual - It would be helpful to indicate a separate one in English, another in Spanish, etc. I wasted lots of paper and ink thinking I was printing only the English version.
Oven and stove top work nicely. Haven't had a chance to use convection or grill yet.
