this model is no longer made but parts for it is still available will be replacing the middle griddle with a grate( which I prefer to griddle) so far it has met all my expectations.

Good stove for the money. Only major complaint is that you don’t get a grate for 5th burner just flat top and the finish on that chips easily.

Oven does not heat evenly when cooking

The Oven does not heat evenly when cooking, left side is 25 degrees lower than right side and front and back are also not even temperature when cooking. We have cooked several roasts and turkey breasts and had problems each time. Tech was sent to house but could not find a problem.

Don't waste your money

I started off loving this range, until the igniter in the oven broke before I had even had it 6 months. It took a month to get it fixed that time. The igniter broke for a second time, and I have now been without an oven for 2 months, and it will take another 3 weeks to get the part. The repair person told me that this range has a very brittle igniter and he hopes the new one doesn't get damaged in the mail....that's great!!! So I have had this range for just shy of 12 months, and I have been unable to use it for 3 months total. Save your money and buy a different brand!

Loved it for first 10 months

I loved my new range for the first 10 months. In the oven stopped working. It’ll turn on it’ll preheat and then after about five minutes it turns off and the whole digital panel is dead. Completely non-functioning. Then after about three or four hours panel comes back on. The clock is flashing. And I go through the same thing. Again I love the look of my range. I have the black and I love it. But some of this digital stuff is made as junk. I hope I am the rare exception. But because of this only after 10 months of use I would never recommend this product. Today I have to call customer service and try to get somebody in to fix it. It is under warranty. I have a feeling that will be a whole new nightmare beginning today. I will update you on my customer service and repair experience.

Like this stove just fine! Learning how to use it

We have only had this new stove for a short time, but already like the way it works. We like that each burner has a graduated dial so that we can control the size of the flame at gradual increments of heat. I used the broil once so far & it worked well. The oven starts easily & goes to the right temperature easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!
