This stove is easy to clean. It does not get fingerprints on it like stainless might. The biggest burner will really heat up the biggest pan you have.

Since we have gotten this stove we have cooked several breakfasts on it and the griddle is just getting better every time I use it still have not had anything stick to it not even grilled cheese sandwiches
