Gas ranges are all generally great to cook on, but this GE range is top notch. Only wish it came with a middle grate as well as the griddle. The oven bakes perfectly - one of the perks is that the convection fan does not run constantly, but every minute or so it moves the air which prevents things from drying out too quickly, but maximizes the consistency of temperature throughout the oven. A great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The only thing I find bothersome is heat coming from the top of the stove when the oven is on. Otherwise, it appears to be working great.
