Features I don't know how to use

It came on time. The sealed burners are nice to clean. I don't know how to clean the circle / ceramic disks and did not find any instructions. The burners are good size and work well. I wish there was a video how to use the covection cooking. I had to buy the grate for the big middle burner in addition. I would have preferred the grate versus the griddle FYI. We cook all dinners at home and my husband bakes bread weekly and it is baking well.

Nice oven...I would have given it a higher quality rating if the bottom drawer was made sturdier...comes off the track very easily. If I wasn't short on space I wouldn't use it at all.

GE Gas Range

This is a replacement for my previous GE range and oven, which was a workhorse for me for close to 15 years.
Love the even, powerful gas burners.
The controls are generally intuitive and easy to use.
I wish the timer/preheat beeps were a bit louder; it is hard to hear them if I am not in the middle of the kitchen.
Have not used the center grill yet, but am looking g forward to it. I’ll update the review once I do.

The convection oven feature is great, and you don't have to switch trays of cookies part-way through baking. The griddle is a great feature, and grilled cheese sandwiches and pancakes come out great! The burner covers clean up much more easily than the burner covers on our previous GE stove. The slate color is very nice. Our only complaints are that we would prefer the large burner to be on the right front, rather than the left front, and the sound level for the timer is rather low. Overall, though, we are very happy with our purchase.
