Bought all new appliances in the Slate finish. In the third month the oven handle cracked (surprise! it's plastic not metal!) then the end piece broke off. We are not hard on our appliances. Not covered under warranty we were told.....6 months ago the Large Burner stopped working in the center. Only the outside heats up; making it worthless to cook anything on. Paid a repair company to come out and diagnose, and the cost to repair it was more than replacing the range. Every appliance purchased in this series failed or broke in one way or another in a very short period of time. * See other reviews on matching Slate Finish Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher from this series. Looks aren't everything! Installed in 2018, now 2021 and replacing the entire appliance package again! GE Profile - Never Again!

Stove and oven are great. But why put a Bluetooth setting if you don’t put the password for it anywhere on the stove or oven? Was really looking forward to using that.

Your unit has a Bluetooth® pairing feature for use with other compatible Chef Connect enabled products like an over-the range microwave oven or range hood. To pair those products to the range, press and hold the Chef Connect pad for 3 seconds and follow the corresponding instructions included with the mating Chef Connect enabled product if needed.

iACHES LOVE THE SMMOTH COOKTOP BUT IT SCRATCHES VERY EASY. i HAD AN OLDER PROFILE FOR 30 YEARS AND IT DIDN T HAVE A SCRATCH ON IT.
