Electrical problems

Very nice looking product, but 2 days after installation in late February the convection fan motor burned out. (Very nasty electrical smell) Now 2 months later I have another repair call scheduled to fix faulty controls that will not turn on the surface burners or connect by Bluetooth to the matching microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Great Choice

We bought this a few weeks ago, moving into our new home. It works great and with the mix of stainless and black, it looks very modern and classic. The oven is very spacious... I'm not used to being able to fit three racks inside! And the glass cooktop heats quickly and evenly. Very satisfied!

Great style and features

Stove looks great and was well priced. There are lots of great built in features and the glass top is edge to edge, so there is no ledge for dirty to be trapped in. The convection oven feature makes it easy to bake up crispy things.

Easy to use and I love the convection oven! The things we take for granted until they don't work. I was without an oven for an entire week and it's no fun!

Works great but throws error messages occasionally

The stove heats up fast and is very even heat. The cooktop is easy to keep clean. Really works great and looks great too. Occasionally, just three times in the past few months, it has thrown an error message and has had to be reset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had a profile for about 17 yrs. an had little trouble out of it ,an though we would go with a new one ,an new cabinets.

Beautiful electric convection oven. Controls are simple to use/understand, oven heats up quickly and cooks perfectly. The full width glass top eliminates areas for debris build up. Easy to clean--we love it!
