the only con so far is even the smallest burner is to high a flame for a simmer

This stove makes cooking amazing from breakfast with the inter-changeable griddle to dinner with the cast iron rack. The oven makes baking quick easy and cleanup is simple.

Just a week, but we are satisfied with this stove. Works well, look good.
A keypad to enter degrees & timer minutes would be VERY HELPFUL.
Have to use the microwave w/keypad for its timer.
Am ignoring the center burner, can't tell when it would be used efficiently.
