I've been using this appliance for about two months and overall am happy with the purchase. The continuous grate look great and makes it easy to move kettles around but, cleaning it is physically hard work due to the weight. That is something to consider if you are on the elderly side or have weak hands and arms.
I love the large burner.
I love how rapidly the oven preheats and evenly it bakes.
The middle burner is on the slow low side. That is a disappointment.
Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sturdy, easy to install, easy to operate

I bought this stove after doing days of research and I couldn't be more pleased. I think what sold me was how sturdy the oven door is. Opening and closing this door made me realize how flimsy my other oven door was. The seal is good which regulates the temp. The stove top grates are solid and don't slide around. I need to add that I've only had this stove for a week but unless it breaks down, I can't see that I would change my opinion. I'll update after Christmas when it's really broken in with all the holiday cooking.

My new stove really got a workout.

Installed the day before thanksgiving, we had all 5 burners going plus the oven. LOVE IT. We had 35 people here and everyone knows how I love my new stove.

Edge to Edge cooktop is a bonus

Pro:I love my new gas range. It cooks evenly and I particularly love the 18000 BTU power boil burner and the precise simmer burner.
Con: The timer alarm is in no way loud enough and although I called and tried the "work arounds" to increase the volume of the sound, it appears there is no way to do so so I am relegated (and have already) purchased a separate timer alarm which is a big issue to me...and I recommend this to folks with this reservation

Display is flimsy and be careful reaching the cabinet above not to bump the gas knobs and turn them on.

Basic Gas Stove

Nice basic gas stove. The grills are a little hard to get back into place once removed. Also, the bottom drawer falls out when pulled opened. I store my broiler pan in it and every time I open the drawer to get the pan, the drawer falls out. It is made very cheaply, which is a shame because better hardware wouldn’t have cost much more and would have gotten a higher rating from me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The drawer has a stop position and should not fall out when you open it. It should only come out if, after pulling it all the way out to the stop position, you lift it up and pull it out the rest of the way. You may want to try pulling the drawer completely out, then place it back making sure it is properly placed on the tracks. This will ensure that the drawer is seated correctly.
If your drawer continues to fall, service may be needed. Your model comes with a full one year warranty that will cover any manufacturing issue. Appointments may be set up through our following link:
