We bought this for a new house to replace the ancient one that was there. I really like this gas range. The only think that I would suggest improving, is the metal grates for the stove top, they are difficult to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This stove is great! Only reason I didn't rate a 5 star is because the bottom drawer is a tiny but flimsy and it doesn't have a number pad to simply enter the temp you want. But that's all very petty stuff. The stove is awesome overall!

My only question is about cleaning. I have been using a soft dish cloth with dish soap. But it seems so streaky. Any help would be appreciated.

Our 29-year-old range finally bit the dust, and I was hesitant to replace it. But, we are pleasantly surprised with our new one, and very glad we chose it.

Kitchen oven

The oven works good so far but not happy with the way the delay start is set up because once you set it for the time you want it to start that time stays on display. So if you set it to come on at 3 O clock then 3 O clock stays displayed on the oven so if you go to look at the time you can't see the real time Only the time it's set to come on. My old stove wasn't like that. You could set it to come on at a certain time at a certain temperature for a certain amount of time and as soon as you hit start it would display the time of day again. Also when you open the stove to look at your food that is cooking , the oven light don't come on unless you push the button on the top of the stove. Some of the GE stoves do have the light when you open the stove door. But this one doesn't. I have never heard of such a thing !!!!!!!! Everyone wants the light to come on when you open the door !!!! It's Insaine that it doesn't !!!! Which to me is a safety issue because if you have things cooking on top of the stove as well , in order to put the oven light on you have to reach over the top of the stove to do so !! I will never buy a stove like this again. I thought that was a standard thing for a stove. I have bought at least 4 or 5 Stoves and never thought I had to look to make sure this light goes on with the door with it open !!!! Never again !!!!!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
