Great stove

I bought this stove a month ago and I have no complaints.. I’ve used electric for the past 15 years and am elated to have gas. We used the converter to use propane with no problem. I haven’t had to use the cleaning option yet, so I cannot speak to that.

Great stove but poor workmanship

Stove was delivered and setup correctly and functions as noted in manual. However, there is a small gap on the front left stainless panel where the burner control knobs are. The right side is flush but the left side protrudes about 7mm. No damage to stove so it left factory in this condition.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only one thing I would change

From ease of use to how well it cooks, this range is so good! The burners light so easy, a kid could do it. (Disclaimer: We showed our kids what they should NOT do when we aren't there and why, so that they know. Promise we're good parents!)
The only critique I have against it is that it's a little bit of a hassle to clean around the burners, especially with wet items like sauces. You have to take it apart a bit to get to all the nooks and crannies... reminds me of the old electric coil tops you had to remove completely to clean.
But apart from that once a week chore, it's a fantastic unit!
I would recommend this to a friend!

A really wonderful stove!

We bought this range when our electric range (finally!) died. My husband put in the gas line, and we've been in gas range heaven ever since. I bought a Lodge cast iron griddle to use with the center long burner, and you cannot believe how much better a steak tastes when cooked on that griddle! I had forgotten how wonderful it is to be able to truly simmer sauces and soups without boiling because of the superb flame control. We have found the stove easy to keep clean using a special microfiber cloth we dedicate only to stove use, and a mild organic all-natural cleaner that gets any grease up in a jiffy. Everything we cook on our new range seems to taste better, but perhaps that's just new-owner enthusiasm. We also love how elegant the slate black finish looks in our kitchen, and how easy it is to keep clean (especially in comparison to plain black or stainless steel)In any case, we could not be happier with our new range, and especially love that you can use a griddle in the center. One of our all-time great purchases, for sure!
