Great price!

I got a good deal, apparently, which makes me happy! I've never had stainless steel before and I'm not sure I like it. Lots of smudges to clean up. The panel feels a little flimsy. Can't see the temperature once the timer is on. It's hard to clean up spills in the oven, they don't come off with just water and a cloth. My old GE lasted about 26 years so I'm hoping this does the same!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Initial Quality Issues

Rubber pad between inside door panel and outside door edge was mashed on one side. Blue tape securing shipping plastic covered some paperwork. Removal of tape caused tearing of paperwork. Unit shipped with leveling feet fully extended. Retracting them was difficult because plastic threads are impossible to turn by hand even with the bottom of the unit off the floor. Lack of a printed user manual is a cheap move by the manufacturer. The center grate is useless. The unit should ship with a standard griddle seen in similar models.

Attractive, but very basic

Pros: attractive, power burner is a great feature, and I live the third, middle, griddle burner.
Cons: oven light is not automatic when you open the door, and the cast iron grates AND the burner covers after first use did not clean up, which has left the stovetop very unattractive.

GREAT FEATURES,STYLISH,QUALITY PRICE AND DURABLE

of all the 3 other brands of appliances I have ever purchased by far this is one of the best investment I have made. My stove has many great features, the price was excellent and the style compliment my kitchen. I planned to buy a dishwasher in the next 3 months and my choice will be GE.
