had this stove delivered on Aug. 28th. Have used stove top, oven and broiler. Stove top: love the middle burner. Great for grilled sandwiches, nice even cooking. The simmer burner is in the back and on low is easy to forget it's on, but heats leftovers hot, without burning, sticking, or loss of fluid. Love the simmer, wish it was in the front though. My oven cooks fast. Got a oven thermometer, temp after preheat set at 350 was 300, left it on bake for another 10 min. and temp was 375, so will need to adjust bake times, but pound cake was done golden brown top, sides and bottom 5 min ahead of minimal time directions. Like the broiler being in the even, not impressed with low broiler, guess if you like your meats well done would be fine, but I don't, so reg. broiler is fine. Self clean a must for me, especially with the broiler in the oven. The grates on the stove top are heavy and strong, easy to clean the top with the one-piece design All in all am very pleased . Almost bought a similar one with convection, but read a review that wasn't so good and they stopped making that model, a definite red flag for me. Big difference between discontinuing a model and stopping production. So must have had major problems. Glad I did, as am very pleased so far.

The slate color is perfect! The style is an updated basic, giving the appearance just the right amount of class to our remodeled kitchen. Looking forward to cooking for the coming holidays ;-)

Awesome Gas Stove

My husband and I bought this stove in August. The burners turn on quickly when ignited and the center long burner is great for using a grill to make pancakes for breakfast! The larger burner boils water very quickly. Very pleased with this stove.

Finally ! A professional quality oven!

As soon as the delivery guys left today, I heated the oven to break it in properly. Then I cooked a pot roast. It was perfect. In the evening I used my wok on the flat surface cast iron 18K BTU burner. Outstanding ! The bottom line is that I can finally get professional quality cooking at a very reasonable price right in my very ordinary, standard kitchen. This has been a day I have looked forward to for a long time. I'm ecstatic.
