This stove is very stylish and function and well made! Looks great with my Stainless GE microwave! Will soon purchase a new Stainless GE refigerator!!!

Elegant and functional

I purchased this oven in an effort to achieve a balance. I wanted it to match my refrigerator of this appliance family, & purchase something with as few electronic components, & basic functionality for someone who enjoys cooking---that's also not a `gourmet.'
I'm convinced that this device has allowed me to achieve that balance. I'm hoping that my expectations of GE reliability are not lowered or shot. Like many people, I like value (i.e. dependability, durability, functionality, and good aesthetics).
I've only recently installed this appliance myself. I was able to connect the gas-line to the appliance myself, although I'm not a gas-certified plumber. Upon removing the packing materials, and putting the burner pieces in place, the appliance was functional immediately upon also tethering it to the appropriate electrical socket. All burners started right away.
I hope that this device provides me with good cooking experiences for years to come.
