Looks Great

The range matches the rest of my newer kitchen appliances color perfectly. I love the edges that prevent run-off. Having 5 burners is nice. Seems to cook evenly. The timer and pre-heat buzzer is a little quiet though. I also like the 1 minute warning on the timer. No problems with this product.

Oven cleaning

Would prefer to have a shorter self cleaning time for the oven. I realize I can cancel the self cleaning at any time but would like it to shut off at 3 hrs. Bottom of oven does not clean as well as my previous GE oven.

Needs redesign

Cooktop stays hot after light has gone off. Cooktop does not clean up well even with recommended cleaner. Front of range is hot to touch when oven is on. Power boil burner should be on right side of range and smaller.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've only had it a couple of months, but so far it works just as I would expect a GE product to perform. sturdy build, easy install, fast heat up for oven and stove top. I love that it has 3 shelves as I often prepare large meals that require that extra space. the hidden bottom coil makes clean up a dream! Not to mention the black is so streamlined it looks amazing in my kitchen! I could not be happier with this range.
I would recommend this to a friend!
