One burner broken after 3 months

Not What I Expected

The stovetop has much better temperature control than my 16 year old Kennmore. I dislike the black top. Shows every smudge or spot. The dials feel cheap and whobbly. The placement of control dials seem counter intuitive and backwards. The oven ta a long time to come up to temperature and both my oven thermometer and instant read thermometer show oven temperature is 20 degrees off so I have to fudge around with the settings to get what temp. I really need. I was looking so forward to use the true convection feature but my bread tops are too brown and the bottoms are nearly raw. It does heat up food so there is that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad experience waste of money

From the 1st use it looks old all ready. Easy scratch top moreover the elements of the two size one of them turned down already and it’s not working from the first month. I never feel the heat from the oven too. I have to put it to the highest numbers to feel it.

This is the first range I have ever bought. Love the simplicity of it, the look and the features. I wasn’t planning on a new stove until my kitchen was redone but my old stove had other ideas.
