Great features. Convection oven is wonderful. Burner size selection is a great feature.

Really Great Range

Had this about a month now and, so far, we love the cooktop. You have to get used to how the glass top burners work but once you've mastered that it's really a great range, especially for the price.

All In One

Great value for both a conventional and convection oven. Like the steam clean function. Also, the oven lights up when the door is opened or you can light it up with a switch on the panel. The controls are easy to read and operate and the oven temp is in red and it shows the temp rising to the set temp. All in all, a great unit. Very satisfied.

I owned a GE range previously. This model is easier to use and works great. My only complaint is that my pots and pans do not fit in the drawer below the oven. In spite of that, I recommend this range.

Love this Electric Range.

Love my new GE Electric Range. My kids bought it for me for my birthday last year. The racks in my previous range sagged when something heavy (like Lasagna) was being baked. Pitiful! These racks are much heavier and quite sturdy. Bonus: this Range came with 3 racks instead of only 2!
The Quick-Boil Burner on the glass stove-top is a game changer. I am at High Altitude (7,000 feet) and we cook pasta quite often. The water comes to a boil faster than it ever did, even at sea level.
I had a potato explode in the oven a few weeks ago. Time was not up to finish baking the other potatoes so I just ignored the mess and allowed the rest of the potatoes to finish baking. I didn't tackle the clean-up until the next morning and WOW! The debris from the day before just wiped/flaked off the racks as well as the top and side walls with dry paper towels. Once it was all on the bottom I just swept it up with a small brush and a straight edge scraper. A quick once-over with a damp sponge and the oven was pristine.
I have used the self-cleaning option twice so far and it is dependable and worked as I would expect it to, so no complaints on that score.
I only have one complaint, and it is irritating as all get out..... The timer sound is woefully inadequate! You must be right next to the stove to hear it, and if you have the vent hood fan running, not even then. GE needs to consider that America is aging (I am 75) and our hearing is not getting any better with the advancing years. Why develop a feature that is worthless to a large segment of the population? How hard would it be to include a timer buzzer that you could hear from across the room, or even better, in the next room. Now that would be a major improvement, especially for those of us who are bakers as well as cooks.
Other than that one irritant, I love my GE Electric Range.

Disappointed

Several things need to be addressed. First, the timer volume is so low as to be unusable. Luckily we have a louder one on our microwave. This is especially a problem as our population is aging. Second, the unit cannot be pushed back to the wall because the 220 outlet is center in the space and the convection fan cover hump bumps against the power plug. Third, the large 11" surface unit is only 1.5" from the front edge and my wife fears getting burned. Fourth, there are three 6" units, one 8.5" unit, one 9" and one 11" unit. No surface unit works with our 7" pots and if placed on the 8.5" the handles will burn. Fifth, The storage drawer is very very shallow and doesn't pull out far enough to get items from the back. We now only have pot lids in it and have to very carefully place them so they don't stop the drawer from closing.
All this said, it seems to cook nicely except that the 6" units take a long time to boil water.
Because appliance stores won't show you plugged in stoves, the only recourse for selection criteria is Consumer Reports which highly rated and recommended this stove. We believed their evaluation. Perhaps not so much for future purchases.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
