What a TRASH!

Broken in less than 2 years - warranty is for 1

This was installed in July of 2019. It's March of 2021, and it won't turn off and runs very hot. I've owned GE appliances for 20 years and have never experienced this problem with a new appliance. Before it broke, it worked beautifully. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product.

Worked well at first….

Have had this oven for 5.5 years. Worked fantastic the first 2 years! I am a home baker and was soooo excited I could put multiple cakes/cupcakes in there & they would bake perfectly every time on convection. Over the past 2 years I’ve had it serviced multiple times for uneven baking & major temp fluctuations to no avail. I can now only put a few things in at once and have to turn them multiple times to get them baked somewhat evenly. :(

Burner doesn't work after 15 months......

Very disappointing, One of the burners does not get hot after only owning it for 15mos. Of course not covered under warranty! Thought GE was higher quality.

Convection oven fan making loud noise

Was a good oven. Ran the self clean on it once and following that the convection fan started to make loud noise like the heat from the self clean caused the fan bearing to go bad.

Not good quality

To burners went out after six years. Had them both replaced and now one of the replacement burners has gone out after a year. This is such a poor quality stove and so are the parts. Very frustrating.

Cleaning element broke inside glass on door.

We have had this stove for 4 years and I have used the cleaning option before but this week when I did the inside glass window shattered. Is there any type of recall on this oven or any help I can receive with this defective product.
