the fan doesn't go on and it takes forever to heat up. service coming Monday. don't like energy saving.

Terrible! Uneven temps

The stove is terrible!!! The cook times are completely inconsistent! Nothing cooks accordingly or evenly! My ham was in the oven for 45 minutes in aluminum foil on the bottom rack, temp at 350 and the ham was blasted hot on the bottom, so was the pot, but the ham was cold on the top and not heated throughout
Stove top is no better!! There’s no low setting! Everything is boil and the warming zone is a joke it don’t warm! Needless to say I’d like my old stove back that was reliable

Not worth the money

I recently remodeled my kitchen and replaced all of my appliances. I am very dissappointed that I purchased this stove. The sales person at the store talked it up like it was the greatest stove. The top never stays clean looking. If something cooks over it's almost impossible to get it off. I have not found any advantages using the convection cooking instead of normal baking. It does not cook any quicker as they claim. If I had the money I would replace this with one like my previous stove.

Redesigned back won’t fit to wall

Got our new stove delivered the guy joked up left and now I have a stove that sits 3 inches away from the wall due to the back panel design, my old stove was flush with wall never did I think this would be a problem!! If it didn’t have this big bar across the back and the cord in the center with a cover I would have no issues.

Problems with convection oven

This convection oven does not work properly--should cook food 25% faster at reduced temp than regular cooking but surely does not. A thawed turkey cooked 5 hours (@ 350 degree temp) using convection settings and it still was not cooked completely.

Just so-so

I bought this to replace my 18 year old GE Profile Convection Oven. This oven is a big disappointment. There is something wrong with the control panel. The cook top light only indicates that burners are on or hot but does not tell you WHICH burners are on/hot. This oven does not look updated and fresh. You can barely hear the tones to signal that the timer has gone off or that the oven is preheated. Very disappointed in my selection.
