Love and Hate relationship.

Bought this 2 months ago. I love the features of the big burners, small burners, melt cycle. But I absolutely hate the cook top! It always looks dirty, and is a lot of work to keep up with. I bought all the special things to clean it with. Looks poor all the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice range. More high wattage burners please!

This is a nice looking range that has well laid out controls that are easy to understand.
The high wattage burner (it would be nice to have more than one) boils water in much shorter time than my previous range. That feature is now a "must have" for me.
I think the stove top glass may be more delicate than previous models. My old flat top GE range could handle a pan slid across it, but the same pan caused two small scratches on this new model the first time I used it. The key thing is to lift and place the pans, and not slide them.

I'm 88 years old and live alone. The dials are clearly marked and the screens are easy to read and I have no difficulty with this range. My old range wasn't that old and I am impressed with the advancements of this new range. I am very happy with this purchase.

The range is ok. It needs a few things that would make it great. The timer is way to quiet. Can hardly hear it when it goes off. Wish you could adjust the vowel. I'm not old and have decent hearing but that is way to quiet. Also the stove top needs to have lights that light up by each burner knob that way you know which one is on and which one to turn off. The only light there is, is on the stove top just to let you know it's hot. Not which burner is on. I think both of these can be a hazard. Other than that I like how hot and quickly the stove top heats up. The oven takes a while to preheat but does a decent job cooking things. The bottom drawer is a nice size. Can fit a bunch of cookie sheets and muffin pans. I've had this range for over 4 months now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My New GE range, true convection, was just installed last week and I love it already! The design is clean with easy to operate features. I enjoy cooking with and for my family so this range will be loved by all.
