Great in so many ways-weak in a few important ones

I absolutely love my new GE stove! It cooks beautifully on both the cook top and in both ovens. The center non stick grill worked flawlessly for pancakes and the burners work very well at both the highest and lowest flames. My complaints while not significant, make the product seem unworthy of the price--if it weren't for how well it cooks I'd have given it 3 stars. The 3 burner rack, deep-set cook top makes clean up somewhat more difficult than it should be--Lots of things to move while wiping cooking messes up hill is awkward. The digital control panel feels thin "cheap" like it's not going to last--time will tell. The upper oven light stopped working the 2nd week so I need to replace the bulb. Though this range isn't GE's high end model, it's not cheap for a single income, middle class nurse, so I can't easily replace it if doesn't last. The finish seems cheap compared to the price tag--But,it cooks so well I'm willing to give it 4 stars since my future concerns are only hypothetical.

Have been looking for a double oven gas range for awhile and finally decided on this one. I love the fact that this one has a steam clean option for both ovens!!

I haven't had a gas range/over for a very long time and I am enjoying it. Looking forward to Thanksgiving to put both ovens to good use. Have not figured out how to set the clock yet.

My electric range stopped working in January so decided to make the switch to gas. Really wanted a double oven and have owned a GE Advantium for years so decided to select this GE double oven gas range. I spent quite a bit of time researching reviews and this range had terrific reviews for the price. So far, I've been very pleased - it's very functional and well-engineered.

Not only the finish is amazing, but it totally blends with the rest of my appliances which are stainless steel and a pain in the neck to clean, as everybody knows...lol. As for the performance, well it matches the look! The only negative is that it didn't come with a central grate (had to order it separately).

i've this oven for about a week and i really like it a lot. The built in griddle is pretty much the best thing ever, it's great to cook on but it also catches things if they spill out of the side of the pan so i don't have to clean the cook top as much!
