Always wanted double oven

I hate to cook but this appliance has helped me become more efficient and more flexible. The grill is used daily! The clean-up is easy. The oven capacity is more than sufficient and being able to cook 2 meals at once is time-saving. Very energy efficient too.

Easy cleanup-even baking--nice burner temps

About a month old now and I am very happy with this stove. The five stove top burners offer a nice range of cooking power. I reallylike the oval center burner, which with the optional grate, works perfect for my braising pan. Clean up is easy and the recessed cook top means mo spills into the burners. One feature that it lacks is a oven start timer which begins when the oven is turned on. Overall, I really like it.

Not as happy with it as I thought Id be

An electric basic GE range was included in our home build, but we wanted to upgrade our range to this double gas range. It hasn't been as great as I thought it would be. The larger second oven is so low to the ground that I feel like I have to get down on my knees to put or pull anything out of it. Also, it seems like the broil option does not work as well in the top oven. It actually takes longer than my old oven did. The top grills are very durable but they don't clean easy. I probably wouldn't recommend this oven to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice to have the second oven

Burners disperse flame unevenly. Oven light burned out after 3 mo's. Convection works as hoped. Unit is taller than expected. As one would expect, the top grates that extend to the sides make it easier to get burned when they're hot.
