I wanted a range with a griddle, two ovens and low btu burner for simmering. I'm so glad to get them all! I also like the "slate" finish with its stainless and slate finish combination, much easier to keep clean!

After careful consideration of many models and brands , I decided on the GE double oven gas range. I love the high output burner and the simmering burner. I am very pleased with the purchase. It was a very good value.

The range works great! The burners have multiple amounts of BTUs that they put out, so that gives flexibility when cooking. The two ovens are very convenient to use, especially when preparing different foods that require different temperatures. The griddle in the middle is handy - works great for pancakes.

The right capacity in each situation

Despite some issues in getting this range hooked up to propane, I'm now very happy with our choice and our ability to choose the right-size burner/oven for each cooking task. Plus, the slate color looks beautiful in our kitchen.

The only problem I had with the stove was the center grate was not included in the original as shown in the store. I had to purchase the center grate separate.
