Poor oven temperatures

Have had this stove for two months. From the first use of the upper and lower ovens they have both been hotter than the set temperatures causing the food to burn. When tested with oven thermometer the upper oven at 400 degs. tests at 430. The lower is about the same. There is also cosmetic issues that detracts from the stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Double oven range

Double oven is wonderful, the griddle is great for pancakes and grilled cheese. Easy to use and clean. Really like it a lot.

Easy to use touch controls

I purchased this item in December 2017. Only problem I had is the touch control to set the clock stopped working after a power outage. I like the double ovens however large items like turkeys and hams must go in the lower oven which is very low to the ground .That could cause some difficulty for people with back and knee issues. Cleaning around the burners is easy and the burner controls have a good feel. The timer alarm could be louder.

Doesn't hold warm after baking

The lack of cook and hold feature is a deal breaker. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew. This is a basic feature which should be in every oven, especially in this price range. I used it all the time in my previous (supposedly lower end) range, and now I'm very unhappy. This should be an easy software fix.

Happy with purchase

I purchased this oven about 5 months ago and have used it regularly. Installation was a bit challenging since we had to convert it from natural gas to propane. The orfis was extremely difficult to change because the hole it was in was too small to get fingers into to grab it out. We ended up using a toothpick to jam in the hole of the orfis to get it out. One other difficulty is that if you have to remove the bottom in the lower oven you have to remove the convection fan cover to get it out--just a bit of a pain. Other than those little hiccups I love this oven. It heats up quickly and bakes well. Glad I made the decision to go with the double oven!
