Love it - but...

I love all the features of my phone -= however... it forgot my thumbprint and wouldn't let me in! I had to use an alternative log in method and immediately changed to the pattern security feature. That did not make me happy.
Overall, a great phone.

Excellent phone. Great features. HORRIBLE BATTERY LIFE!!. I have to recharge twice a day. My iPhone 5 had a better battery life than Note 5. I bought this phone thinking it had a longer battery life than 10 hours. It last 5-7 hours depending on my use. Built in speaker is not that great.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: battery life

Love this phone. Had a Note 4 before and traded up. No complaints other than I miss the old leathery backs. Not a fan of cases on phones, but almost have to have one with the new slippery backs!
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight

S pen issue

I was very happy with my note 5 until one day I was trying to write a note using the S pen and I noticed a small portion of the screen was not functioning with the pen. I could use my finger on the same spot, but the S pen absolutely would not work. Very frustrated being that it is a brand new phone. Some say there are issues with the pen, I haven't had it checked yet.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: s pen issue

great phone, charging and chargers r issues

Overall its a great phone. everything runs smooth, everything feel smooth when the phone is in your hands. the S Pen is great and the features are awesome, way better than iPhone by a mile. only flaw is the battery life the charger and charging. Fast charging doesnt always work and im being told it may be the wire or charger. The phone is only 1 month old. Also drains battery life very quickly.
Pros: s pen and features not on iphone.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, oem charger may be of poor quality, some lag and bugs.

Its a great phone for me as well as my son. He can watch movies on it while on trips. I can connect it to my printer to print documents. It works great. I highly recommend a Samsung phone.

we have had note 2, 3, 4, and now note 5. We are spoiled by these phones. They have lasted many years, gone through every step of our everyday lives and still able to be pasted on to someone else when we upgraded. The batteries have a wonderful life span, and everything works like new 4 and 5 years later. I love my notes. I am hoping I don't need an SD card and removable battery. I feel funny about those changes. But I am still willing to give it a try.

Cons: no removable battery, no sd card
