I purchased two of these phones and have a problem with "Hand held Activation" failing and when out away from my home router it can't seem to connect to my provider data plan. I was so let down as I have only purchased Samsung products.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations, doesn't perform as expected
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The glass back broke the first week

Would trade for my note iii any day. The glass breaks and you glue it and it looks like Trash you wouldn't want to show anyone

Cons: Did not meet expectations, glass back breaks as you would expect

Having had this phone for less than a month it developed a problem with the back button on the lower right corner.

The best phone out there!

I have owned several phones in the past but my Samsung Note 7 tops it off! I love it! The only thing I dislike is the Speaker. My Note 4 is much louder than my Note 7 but its not a bother because afterall, I'm still in love with it!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: speaker volume
I would recommend this to a friend!

I traded to the s6 edge

After a week I traded to the s6 edge cause the note 5 would freeze and it was just a tad to big for me although esthetically it's beautiful
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight

I've always liked Samsung products until the note 5. Poor service, glitchy features, poor layout, cheap materials that easily scratch, no battery or memory upgrade or replacement ability. Too expensive. Highly unsatisfied :-(

This phone is defective

I switched from the iPhone to an android for the first time and while I like the features it offers, sending and receiving text messages is a hassle and last night my stylus broke. The piece where it has the SAMSUNG logo fell out and the rest of the stylus is stuck in the phone. This phone is too expensive to have these problems. At this time I wouldn't recommend the note 5 to anyone until my problem is resolved. I hope the manufacturer will replace my phone, especially because I have barely had this phone for two weeks.

Cons: Poor quality, sending/receiving text messages doesn't work well
