The features I like best about this microwave: the control panel at the bottom of the door (great for the vertically challenged) and the cook sensor. Easy to use.

My husband bought this without consulting me. Hate that you can't see your food while it's cooking. Reheat feature very limited; want to just pick reheat, not have to define it. It gets very steamy inside while cooking/reheating. My other ge didn't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this for a kitchen remodel along with a range . I have been using it for a couple of weeks. It was easy to set up and is very user friendly for someone who is not real "tech savvy". I really like the convenience of Chef Connect. I researched online and found the Profile series had very high satisfaction ratings. The price was also very competitive.
