I have had this microwave approximately 2 months. It has good power however the touch pad is rather difficult to read and is not ergonomic. I wanted a microwave that did not have a handle however now that I have had it a while I would opt for the handle and control panel in one square rather than horizontally acrose the bottom of the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks good, runs well, going on two months of use. Fan noise is better than our old one, but would like it to be quieter.

I was looking for an over-the-range microwave to replace one I had for 16 years and was unsuccessful until I found this one. It is great looking and works well. The only gripe I have with it is it doesn’t have an internal grate.

I have been using the microwave for 4 months and have had no issues. The exhaust fan filter was missing however along with installation template to mark areas to drill holes. I like the clean look with no handle and the exhaust fan boost settings.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This microwave is great. All the right features right on the door. Easy to use. Quiet, maybe a little too quiet. Does more then what you might need. The price is the best part.
