Amazing!

Our ten year old Profile broke, so we wanted to replace it with another Profile. We seriously agonized for over a month, trying to decide which one to buy. There were some negative reviews on this model, but I loved the look, so I threw caution to the wind. Why did I wait so long?? It is amazing!! I am elderly, and very short, and it is perfect for me. I knew how to operate it right from the beginning. It is easy. I love the spacious interior. It is definitely wider than all the rest, which makes dishes easier to get in and out of. Once I learned how to get out of the way of the door (lol), it was perfect. I wouldn't trade this for any model out there!!

Quiet and large

This microwave is excellent. It's beautiful, large, and all of the features are helpful and easy to locate on the control panel. It pairs nicely via bluetooth with the matching stove/oven to keep the clock synched, and also turns on the fan and surface light once the stove is started if you like those features. So far, it has been excellent across the board.

Sleek design and good performance

We have had this model (a replacement for an microwave) for about six weeks and we have been very pleased so far. It has generous interior space for our needs and the performance has been good. We like the clean design of the front and the controls across the bottom are within reach of our school-aged children which is a plus for us. Two minor things we have noticed which we wish were different. One, there is no "off" button for the vent fan. You have to cycle through all of the levels to get back to the off setting. Two, you cannot program the undermount light to turn on and off at specified times. Still, we are pleased with our purchase.

I really enjoy my new microwave! I like having the panel across the bottom. The only thing is it doesn't do well is cook potatoes using the preset button. I really use it a lot and I am glad I purchased it
