No backlit keys. Takes too long to heat food. Poor quality extremely loud

Great Microwave with great features

Love this microwave. The extra wide door is a real blessing if you have a large dish to remove. Having the ability to "connect" to my stove is also a surprising bonus (love that the fan and light go on/off automatically when I use my stove).
The pre-set buttons (for baked potato, etc.) work great too!

It is about 1 month old and it is performing well. It is a bigger design than our old one so we have to manage the swing of the door, which we didn't have to do with the older one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
