To much lag time between pressing "enter" and the cooking to begin.
Very irritating.

No back lights on the control panel. This seems like a very big oversight.
Cannot use the microwave without the kitchen lights being on.

High tech... cooks well... but about that fan...

Cooks well, receives compliments for the looks. Easy enough to operate. However, when cooking something for a longer period of time, there is a loud automatic fan that cycles on for at least 20 minutes which I'm guessing is designed to cool down the inside of the microwave. You cannot turn it off and it is loud. It makes dinner annoying to say the lease. Other than that, it cooks well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love the look and the microwave heats things very quickly. It has all the features of the high end microwaves. One heads up, if you like to watch what you are heating, this microwave has a dark interior which makes it difficult to see into through the door.
