Very quiet and efficient

This microwave is very quick to heat food and seems to be much more even heating than older microwaves that heat outside of the food and inside is still cold. Also, this thing is so quiet we had to get used to it after the old appliances to realize that it was in fact still running. A+
I would recommend this to a friend!

This appliance is well-designed with the exception of the brackets that hold the air filters. These brackets do not hold the filters well and I fear they will fall out - they are very loose. That said - the microwave operates smoothly the controls are well designed and ChefConnect feature is convenient. Very good product overall.

I love the look of this microwave and it has all I need in terms of functionality. I do think it could be quieter sort of like a luxury vehicle with high road noise.

Great Microwave, very big

We replaced a 20 year old builder supplied GE Microwave with another GE because of the quick start feature and since the first one lasted 20 years. So far very pleased, the microwave is not "Great" because of 2 things. 1st the surface light has 2 settings and the first setting is low, then high. Personally I believe it should be the other way around, high then low. 2nd is the install template was hard to use, I found it difficult to attach the template to the bottom of the upper cabinet to mark the holes for drilling. It would of been much easier to use if the template was one piece for the upper & lower which you fold then, attach to the back wall first and that would of made it easier to attach to the upper cabinet
