works very well and quiet, only problem is that our's is installed on a half wall and creates a lot of noise when door closes due to the wall

I found this model that has touch numbers instead of a dial to select time. Easy to read the cook selections, etc.

This was easy to install. My 13 year old son completed the install in about 3hrs. It looks great and is super quite.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is our first over the stove microwave and we just love it. We remodeled our kitchen and thought lets do it, get a micowave for over the stove. And we could not be happier. The blue tooth feature to connect to our new stove...omg...so cool. The vent fan comes on every time I turn on our stove top...so cool.....
I would recommend this to a friend!
