Well designed

Overall, very satisfied. I like the Add 30 Second feature, time and weight defrost option, surface lights, chef connect feature, sync with stove feature. Two suggestions: the controls are difficult to read in a darkened room, such as going into the kitchen during the evening to reheat a beverage. A backlight option would be very useful. Also, have the turntable rotate completely every 10 seconds so that the handle of the cup or container is easy to grasp after heating in increments of 10 seconds. This was a much appreciated design feature in a prior microwave as one didn’t have to reach across a hot food or beverage to grasp the handle.

Looks great. Installation was uneventful. Works perfectly.
Pros: pre-programmed buttons - including cooking sensor technology. Surface light is bright.
Con: buttons are not back-lit.

I can’t see the buttons at night!

I can’t imagine why in the world they decide this microwave needed completely useless Bluetooth technology, but leave the keys without backlighting. I cannot see any of the buttons (not even the surface light button) at night time. I suppose if this had that one (very important) feature, it would be a decent microwave. I wish I could return it...because I would, without hesitation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
