Great Microwave

So far we are very happy with the purchase the other microwave use to annoy us with the beeping after use but this one is not like that. Not to mention that everything cooks quicker.

Very much like the design of front door with control 'buttons' horizontally placed along the bottom edge of door for easy read and use.

We are very pleased with our new microwave. It is replacing another GE microwave we had for 23 years. It is very quiet and with the sensor program the food is cooked very well.

Love the clean look!

We love the clean, no-handle look of this microwave. We also love the dark enamel inside. My previous GE microwave had a wire shelf, but I'm not missing it too much. We rarely used it. I don't mind the huge door because I know this is a trade off for the nice clean look of the front face. My only complaint is the look of the touch panel (the reason for the 4 star rating). I would have preferred that is was all glass, like my GE wall oven....and not the membrane touch panel. Across the board of manufacturers, membrane touch panels all have that slight warp and are never flat. It looks like something from the 1990's. Lastly, I have no interest in the phone app connectivity...and won't use it. To me, it's a gimmick.

Easy to use it seems. Installation instructions were a bit tricky a couple of times. Paper templates were too flimsy, especially for lining up on the top of the cupboard. Once in, looks great and working as expected so far.

Beautiful, sleek design. Easy to use. QUIET compared to previous micro's we've owned. Excellent exhaust fan (important to our search). Large interior, easy to clean. Wish the interior light or window was easier to see food. GE comes through again!
