Only four days after being installed our microwave died while we were steaming vegetables. We are in the middle of record breaking July heat wave, so are distressed despite GE's promise to replace. We must generate heat in our kitchen for every meal, We cannot even warm leftovers in the microwave. By the time it is replaced, we will have gone 3+ weeks without microwave. There are bigger tragedies in the world, but we seriously disappointed with this microwave oven and holding out hope that the replacement will perform as promised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The glass cover is so dark you can’t see food inside that is cooking. Horrible design

Don’t waste your money!

I had purchased this microwave to go along with all the other GE profile appliances when we had our home built only few years ago. Since we have had nothing but problems and today randomly the whole microwave won’t even turn on at all. We have trouble shoot every possible issue and still nothing. Save your money and try another brand.

Attractive, Spacious and Easy to Use!

We had this same exact style microwave for 3 years when it suddenly lost power. A repair tech advised me it would be very expensive to fix so we just purchased a replacement. I love this model and color!
