Nice looking unit, but...

Nice looking unit, roomy and reasonably quiet. Installed a 30" X 12" cabinet to lower the microwave to ease usage by my 5' tall wife with physical disabilities. I do have several items which I would have liked to see on this unit. It is not "finger print" proof like the other Profile appliances we are buying, the lettering on the control pads is too small and back-lighting those control pads would have been a nice feature for working in low or no light conditions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek looking microwave

I love the look of them microwave. The wide door with the opening on the side and touchless controls makes for easy cleaning. I also like the bluetooth feature. only drawback is that the inside light is very dim.

I got this microwave 2nd week of July 2020. In less than 2 months, the microwave is not turning off at all. When I close the door the fan keeps running automatically. We have to keep the door open to avoid that. However the light is permanently On when the door is open. I expected great quality and reliability from a GE appliance product but did not expect this type of issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powerful microwave

This is a great microwave. The popcorn sensor feature is amazing. It leaves less than 5 kernels left in our popcorn bowl each time. It warms food up very quickly. We are very happy with the microwave.

This microwave is a HUGE upgrade over the over-sized and under-whelming 800W microwave. This unit has very large cooking space, extensive feature list, including syncing to the range (also upgraded the range/oven too) for fan & lighting, very useful feature I think.
