Controls are inefficient.

Why can't I enter a time and press start like my current GE microwave? Instead, you make me press another button ("set time") first. Crazy! Hire a human factors engineer!

Does not come with a middle rack

We were a little disappointed that at the price that was paid and the great quality of GE that the microwave as large as it is does not come with a middle rack to separate foods

Touch buttons stoppped working :(

After having this microwave for less than 3 years the buttons quit working and we didn’t give it enough use. Looks very nice and solid but bad design. The door bends when you try opening and buttons on the door quit working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're very satisfied with this new microwave. It's powerful, quiet, has good vent fan, accommodates larger diameter dishes, has nice features and looks nice.

Super Fast!!

Not crazy about the door function. Pretty loud and leaves hand and finger prints when opening and closing ( a tad OCD). But I am highly Impressed with the speed!!! Would highly recommend.
