Loved it, but...

I have had this microwave since November 2020. I loved it, but in the last month, it has started not turning off. From what I read, it may have something to do with the door latch. Not so happy now since it is such a new appliance in my remodeled kitchen.

If the problem persists, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. 3 features that I like: 1.)Enhanced BOOST setting on the vent. 2.)Improved POPCORN setting and 3.)The EXTRA-LARGE interior space!!!

We've used our new microwave for 10 months and are very satisfied with the features. The design and layout are sleek and the system is user friendly. The vent fans are strong and effective. This is not the nice small unit that every home should have, it is designed to cook for the family -- yes, it's large. Take the extra time to measure the height from the range and depth of your cabinets, or you may find it too big.

Love this microwave

Love the wifi features. When synced with the GE compatible range, the fan and work light can be set to turn on automatically upon lighting a burner. So awesome. The fact that it doesn't have a handle is also nice. It's easier that way to keep the exterior clean and free of fingerprints. Definitely recommend this product.

Sleek look

I love the clean lines and sleek look. It's also very large and I like that it doesn't have the inner rack so that I don't have to remove it when heating tall items. However, I wish that the display had a backlight. It is impossible to see the buttons or use in a dim kitchen. Actually, it's a little hard to read even in a lit kitchen. I also am not a huge fan of the scrolling words that you have to read to use functions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
