DIED within 2 years!

We bought the whole package stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
Within the first 2 years our dishwasher had to be repaired! Then the mother board of our microwave went out!! There are only my husband and I using it so not abused. Very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Falling apart after 3 years

I have owned this model for three years now. It works very well but the vent grill has completely fallen off. This is the large plastic piece that goes across the top of the microwave when you open the door. One of the plastic corner tabs cracked completely off and I was able to super glue it back on. Now that piece has fallen off again, as well as several other little plastic bits, including the corner of the control panel cover. At this point there is no way to super glue anything back together so I am left with the huge vent piece missing. Replacing the vent grill and the control board cover would cost me close to the same price as the whole microwave. Disappointed for the amount of money I spent on this microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave looks so amazing. We especially like that there is no handle to open and close the door. It's very quiet and hooked up easily to the range with Chef Connect.

We bought the microwave less than 90 days ago and have had nothing but issues with it. The latest issue is the microwave control panel is malfunctioning and we're forced to replace the entire front panel. we have been without a microwave for over a month waiting to have the piece replaced. Apparently, this is a common issue known issue. It looks nice but is flawed.

Great for short people!

We love the features of this microwave. No handle visible makes it look sleek and modern. Easier to clean front. Easier to reach, view and figure out the buttons for auto time (as compared to the dial up timer on other models. The instant on buttons are lower so us short people can reach them and older people with bifocals can read the buttons.

Expect it to work for 2 years

There should be a recall on this microwave for tripping the breaker and for the faulty switches in the door that break the microwave if you open the door without pushing cancel first. Research and see just about everyone’s last a maximum of 2 years. This model needs to be recalled.

Difficult to replace charcoal filter!

You have to take the microwave completely down out of the cabinet in order to remove the screws to get to the compartment so that you can replace the charcoal filter! This is a terrible design. Other than that it is a great microwave.
