Basic Features but Does the Job

I love the look of this appliance. Features could be improved. The touch pad buttons are difficult to push unless you push in a particular area of the button - so, not user friendly. I also would have loved for the microwave to have been fingerprint resistant, as the panel has to be wiped down after each use. I would recommend this appliance with those caveats.

Controls break!! Touch pad not workin

The keypad l/control panel stopped working. It’s about a year old and I was not expecting this. First it was express cook portion of the pad now it’s very thing!! Come on GE!!

Quit working after 2 years

Bought brand new at the end of 2019 with an entire kitchen set from GE and the display quit working after 2 years, making it unusable. Having someone out here to fix it cost more than the microwave was new. Will never buy GE again!
