It is not what I expected. Looks nice. I get error messages when I use the auto feature when cooking potatoes. I have to clear it and start over. I doesn’t auto cook a bag of veggies. You can only cook 1 bag at a time otherwise the food is still cold and not cooked alll the way.

Nothing special about this product. Does what is supposed too. Starting tripping the breaker within two years of operation. We don't know what the cause is as we're awaiting a service call.

Electrical Issues After a Few Years

This was a really good microwave, spacious, sleek. But then it began short-circuiting on us after only a few years (around five I think). Several other customers have had this problem… I would not recommend this microwave. Unsatisfied.

This microwave seems different than the online picture. The sides angle at the bottom, which causes a view of the filters and light underneath. It is visually unappealing! The buttons are hard to push, you must be directly on top of the center (sounds easier than it is) it is not a touch screen! Also, if the microwave gets “too hot” on the inside - a fan will automatically come on and run until it gets good and ready to turn off!!! This is completely annoying! However, in the manual, it is described as NORMAL! So, you should be aware! The inside is a bit challenging to wipe down as the bottom is NOT flat. It had lots of indentations, so if you have a spill - get ready for some fun that won’t stop trying to get it all wiped up! Also, be careful as you use the handle, as the plastic around the handle seems sharp enough to cut you if you slide your hand down to find the handle. I can’t say enough about how I will NEVER but a microwave from the store on their website again! NEVER! I will from this moment forward open, close the door, push the buttons, stand in front to see if it looks weird (online picture is so wrong!)

Love the syncing with the range

I love the syncing with the range and the buttons at the bottom for ease of access. The auto turn on and off of the fan is great. It is a little hard to see into the microwave but as a shorty I have that problem anyway.

It's genuinely Ok.

The touch pad is not easily responsive, we have to hunt for the "sweet spot" to get any of the keys to work. It would be nice if the touch pad was illuminated, especially in low light. The touchpad is hard to read at in certain light conditions and at angles in any light. Touch pad requires constant attention to clean fingerprint smudges (even freshly washed hands). We miss the "time" spin button on our old GE.
