Second One Works GREAT!

The original microwave was installed in a newly-built home and it stopped working. After only six months, it stopped heating. The appliance supplier intervened and a new microwave was installed. It works GREAT but I'm concerned about reliability.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does everything flawlessly and has a very sleek design.. My favorite part is that there is no handle to break. Every microwave we have owned has had the handle break except this one. I love the sleek clean design.

Okay features; poor keypad

We purchased this high-end over-the-range microwave, along with our GE Profile all gas range/oven. We researched microwaves based on fan noise, multiple levels of fan, and reviews. Our disappointments with the microwave are the loud fan (even on low) and the keypad buttons being hard to push. It’s very annoying. Also, when you open the microwave door, there is a 5 inch black space before you get to the oven opening. It seems odd, and makes the oven feel small. But the biggest disappointment is the stiff/hard keypad. If we could return the microwave, we would do so immediately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
