I love my new microwave. It is spacious and easy to clean. I love the features on it and super easy to use for my kids and elderly mom. Can't wait to upgrade my stove now!

Love it except for viewing window

Love my microwave; the only thing I hate is the size of the viewing window. They made it too small by putting a blacked out frame around it so I literally have to stand on my tippy toes to see inside of it and my daughter who is shorter then me well forget it she can’t see inside it at all not even on tippy toes! My first GE Profile was not like this and it’s a stupid design in GE’s part!! If it wasn’t for this it would be a total five star microwave!

liked the first unit bought. Performed flawlessly for the first 2 years and then developed an electrical short. Did not buy extended warranty. Too expensive to repair. Decided to buy another of the same model to match all of my other GE profile appliances. Purchased 5 year extended warranty.for second unit.

I purchased this microwave to replace the older model it replaced. This replacement model doesn't have the same power as the previous model and doesn't cook as well. It's overpriced for the features included.
